　　一、严禁超载，货物的重量绝不能超过AGV本身的额定载重;

　　二、定期给升降挂钩清洁及添加润滑油;

　　三、不得任意修改程序参数;

　　四、AGV在工作时，不要再它的两侧进行其他工作，以免发生事故;

　　五、作业完毕后，检查驱动轮、轴承、机械防撞传感器、障碍物传感器、路径检测传感器是否正常;

　　六、在工作如若感觉有问题，应及时解决问题，再进行工作;

　　七、当AGV出现故障时，非专业人员不得随意拆装;

　　八、可以给AGV驱动轮的传动机构添加一些润滑油，增加使用寿命;

　　九、严禁淋雨或接触腐蚀性物体。
